![Jack Ammon]()
Jack passed peacefully at home on the South Fork surrounded by family. Being the true cowboy he was, he went without flashing lights or fanfare. Jack was the second son of Wesley and Dolores (D.D.) Ammon. He was a wild kid who loved to raise hell. All his stories reflected what he considered a wonderful life. He only had funny, good memories of his friends and family. Even his stories of Vietnam were the good ones and would make his listeners laugh. Jack chose to be happy and remember good times; he never dwelled on negativity and couldn’t understand why anyone would.
