Patti was born in San Francisco, CA. She grew up in the Weeot area and down around the Bay Area, later she moved to the Reno, NV area for about 20 years. She finely retired to her families homestead on Lower Ke’pel along the Klamath River on the Yurok Reservation; Patti was a proud member of the Yurok Tribe. She had many jobs throughout her life that she enjoyed working for like State Farm, Banking, and Bartending just to name a few. She also volunteered at the Yurok Tribal Head start; she enjoyed working with all the little kids. She loved to tell stories of all the silly things the little ones did, it brought her a lot of joy and smiles.
